I'm looking forward to watching the Arsenal - Manchester City game at the weekend. Manchester City are favoured of course but the gap of odds isn't very big. Because Arsenal are also as good as them in the league these days. In terms of general quality and effort Manchester City are still one step ahead that's for sure.
But this time might be different. It depends on how Arteta will prepare his players for the game. Their last rendezvous here didn't end well for Arsenal if you remember. Arteta is Guardiola's student so maybe he can develop a new strategy to deal with them better this time.
The game between these two is not going to be an easy one at all because Mikel Arteta has know that he finds it very difficult to win Manchester City in an open play before,and the only time Arsenal won them was when they won the community Shield from them through penalties,and ever since Guardiola took over as Manchester City manager,Arsenal have not win them.Despite the form that Arsenal were in last season,they still lost to City back to back,so you can see that City are always favourite when it comes to the two clubs.But this time around,City's two best players will not play, Debruyne and Rodri won't be in that match,that will be a big boost for Arsenal,and because of that,I predict Arsenal to win the match.
