After 50 overs, England are 282/9
England didn't demonstrate a good cricketing approach today. I expected them to play with the usual intensity they're known for, but they turned out slow. Overconfidence might be the reason. However, we witnessed a stellar bowling performance from New Zealand. England aimed with an aggressive playstyle but ended up losing wickets consistently.
England didn't play their best even though that was their first match of the World Cup, despite the fact they have some best batsmen. Only Joe Root and Jos Buttler show their best by scoring 77(86) and 43(42) consecutively. Except for them, no batsman I have seen who had some good scores on the board.

New Zealand bowling attack was at their best today, in which Matt Henry took 3 wickets, Glenn Philips and Mitchel Santner took 2 wickets each, also Trent Boult And Rachit Ravindra took 1 wicket each. Thumbs Up for their batting side, we all want to see good cricket!

If we compare these teams in the Cricket World Cup Matches, head to head. Both the Teams have played 10 matches in which each team won 5,5 matches. There will be something better today, as we have to see who will win the 6th time first.
