It is difficult to conduct research on Altcoins with low capitalization so that they can provide greater returns when bullish occurs, because recently many projects have not been able to continue their main goal regarding the success of the related token.  One possibility is that the coin only had good value when it was first launched and could not maintain its value, so gradually many investors abandoned it.
