I am afraid that no matter, regardless of how many times you call them "Scammers", they have all the right to not return your money because you violated the terms and conditions and played on punt.com from a restricted location. Casinos these days know from where are you connecting, and they may let you play as long as you are depositing and losing. Once you start to win big and try to withdraw, then you will have to face this awkward situation.
It sounds not good but it is the fact, the player violate the casino's term and I'm quite sure that all other casinos will do the same like what Punt did for the same case. Even if he did not read the terms when he created the account and did not know that his country is on the restricted list (I doubt he did not read/notice about it), but he had agreed the terms when he created the account so he should be ready for the worst case because it is his own responsibility. He should be thankful enough that he managed to win and withdraw some money before because he might not be able to experience it in other casino with tougher security system.
