Are you saying or of the opinion that Arsenal will beat Manchester city in their coming encounter due to their supposed under performance according to you?
Well, with all honesty, I don't know if to agree with you or not, but the fact here is that, Manchester city is currently leading in the EPL table. A team that is underperforming clearly wont be in the first position in the EPL table, the fact that they have been in that position from the very start of the season and have remained there even until this moment does show that they are doing something right, something other teams are seem not to be doing right.
Just my opinion though.

Arsenal has been growing recently and is one of the EPL's most competitive clubs this season. Manchester City is the current EPL winner and the best leading team in the league. Pep Guardiola labored vigorously to ensure he got to experience the most beneficial moments with his team.
