Conducting such games carries the hallmarks of cruelty. So not everyone will support such games. It can be administered temporarily in places where it is practiced according to tradition, but it is better not to encourage. But these games are difficult to add to any casino or gambling. As such cruel games are not supportable. It will not be acceptable in law either. So these games are not likely to be added to any casino or gambling platform. There are very few users who have directly enjoyed such games so we can avoid it easily. Horse racing is completely different because there is no chance of harm. It is supportable.
It depends on the country tradition and culture since my country widely support this cruel game because this game is already passed down on many generation.

They are using the argument that chickens is use as livestock which is destined to be killed. Fighting them to a death match doesn’t make any difference than killing them for food. I personally don’t agree with this but you can’t fight the norm when you are just a minority.

As for the game popularity. This can be very addictive watching online games since you won’t get any attachment to the rooster when you are just an spectator online. This game is addictive like an illegal drugs here in our country which burns tons of money from low earnings people.

This game is meant for gamblers who like roosters where locals are raising roosters to fight against the local rooster raisers. It's not meant to be online where the casino can just use AIs to create a match.

Since it involves checking the health of the roosters, it should be done in the city where it's allowed. People in the city just go inside the arena and then bet there like the horse race.
It's not just in Asian countries, by the way, this cockfight also happens in the US behind close doors cockpits.
