The problem is, the Chelsea owner does not share the club philosophy that Sir Alex implemented at Man United. Moreover, this season Chelsea is floating in the middle of a deadlock, aimless without players with the ambition to develop and Pochettino's presence is not appropriate because he is immediately faced with many problems. So it is difficult for Pochettino to determine which problems must be resolved. However, the pressure put on Pochettino is enormous, he has no time to develop if his players have to start from zero. Coming to Chelsea with players in disarray, the owner also doesn't understand football and all these problems must be faced by a coach.

Why would the owner of Chelsea be supposed to share the club philosophy that Sir Alex Ferguson deemed right for Manchester United?

Pochettino is not the captain who understands how to maneuver a sinking ship fully occupied with star players into calm waters. Graham Potter was the first to spend over half a billion pounds on new players and then break negative records with Chelsea. Pochettino thought if he can spend money again, it can only get better from where Chelsea is coming from. I thought so too. I think nobody thought that Chelsea would again do as miserably as they have been doing before the summer break.

The first game had quite some positives and I thought if they can tie a game against a restrengthened Liverpool, it is also likely that they are strong enough to not drop to the bottom of the table again after a few weeks. But Chelsea is like a puzzle that must be solved and nobody can't.
Chelsea finished 12th in the standings last season, Pochettino came to Stamford Bridge and took over leadership by inheriting various problems within the club. Club officials have adopted a policy of major overhaul of Chelsea body, prioritizing the recruitment of young players who apparently lack experience, completing the complexity of the Blues current decline in performance. I think everyone in the Chelsea squad is under a lot of pressure, especially Pochettino.

The worst consequence now is that Pochettino could be fired, if he is not able to improve Chelsea performance. Player adaptation seems to be in place, Pochettino must immediately look for other formulas and tactics to make the Blues improve. With the absence of European competition and the lack of matches played, Pochettino should be able to do it quickly and focus completely on the EPL.
