And this is exactly the issue here. They should specify why it's taking so long for his KYC to get processed in order to clear up all confusion instead of providing vague replies and hiding behind their TOS.
Duelbits clearly need to improve in this particular aspect if you ask me.
I don't know what you guys are exactly debating about but as far as I am concerned the specific case was resolved because the user himself stated that he able to withdraw the funds.
