PSG has everything except for a sufficiently competitive league. When we have a look at Champions League winners from the past and what their competitive environment was throughout the year, I think the chances for PSG to win it is the lowest as they are amassing superstars which then have only a few games in which they are maximally challenged.
PSG's crushing defeat against Newcastle, a newcomer to the UCL, certainly hit PSG hard. Indeed, this is the worst result in UCL this season, defeated seriously in the group phase. Although this is not the end because there are still several chances later to be still qualified to the group, but this match will be always memorable as a disappointing match. For some reason, PSG often cannot be optimal in the Champions League. Even though they had football superstars there last season, they haven't been able to perform optimally in the Champions League. that's right, PSG may have a lot of things, but not UCL.
