Honestly , Leverkusen is playing so smooth that I wouldn't be surprise to see them in the finals or even winning it because right now they seem to be one of the first candidates alongside Liverpool to win the trophy this year.
Out of all the teams in the Europa League, I am thinking Liverpool and maybe Bayern Leverkusen to be either in the finals or one of them will reach final because both these teams are very good and well organized and they are both doing well in their respective leagues.
Don't rush. We will have some potential clubs to come soon. There will be more strong clubs to compete with leverkusen and liverpool yes liverpool's performance was so excellent this season.
I do understand why mostly people are picking liverpool caused by this club performs consistently in any competition unlike another club like brighton. My main concern if we have not yet seen some clubs that will be dropping from UCL to the UEL.
You will be seeing some clubs to come even sevilla as well as the winner of UEL last season. We will have so many candidates soon. Leverkusen and liverpool are strong this season but we didn't even know how strong they were when face potential clubs that will drop from UCL.
You also forgot villareal as well which is performing so perfect this season in europa league. There will always be so many possibilities to happen with the club.
