I dont want to make you feel hopeless but based on some experiences in this thread, you will not get an answer here. OP is no longer active and the one account which is actively posting promo code here everyday is just like a bot as he never responded to any post. You have done better effort by contacting them through telegram and maybe support although you got no answer, so you decided to bring it here but I have to say that their ann thread is not even better for such an issue.
