If Luton performs poorly this season and does not make any progress then there is big possibility that this will be a bad season for them and there is even chance that they will be relegated from the Premier League next season.
I am surprised that some teams cannot develop well for the Premier League and only big teams are able to make changes or make significant developments.
Maybe financial problems also influence some teams from being better every season.

I feel like they've been overlooked too much so that any club they are paired against will see them as an easy three points but this match can be the one in which they change the narrative.
