This is why I only gamble when I have some actual real time, not like just squeeze it in 15 minute breaks, that doesn't really make me feel better, I gamble when I have at least a few hours to gamble, doesn't mean I have to gamble for few hours, I do not have to gamble for that long, but it has to be few hours empty time in my hands, then I can gamble all of it or just 30 minutes doesn't matter.
What this allows me to do is the fact that I am not going to end up with anything that hurts my chances and I think it also allows me to take my time for real to think about what I am doing. If I feel like I am about to make a mistake, I can stop, if I calculate that it is a risk worth taking then I can do that. This is something you can do only if you have the time for it, otherwise it would not be possible to make this calculation.
This is a good thinking and practice on your end so that you won't end up chasing winnings and instead calculate your actions first before making any further decisions. Allocating a specific amount of time to gambling, not in an excessive manner can help you to build your routine and can be your way to assess your playing style and your gameplay in general so you can do better on to the other bets and plays. After all, having a very small timeframe will just make you crave for more, so might as well dedicate a few hours already so you won't have the strong urges to break your limitations.
Yes. This is also a good behavior that is really hard to do for many of us. Once we start gambling, the only thing we can think of is how much money we can make. Without thinking of the time and we think that it is really slow. We often forget to take our time when gambling, many people prefer to make a rush that's why they end up losing money as they do not make a proper decision while gambling.
