Try to think positively about this site and I am sure they will process whatever your complaint is and also process your withdrawal immediately, there is nothing that can be done maybe they need to process it manually or check it first, the point is to be patient until they process everything.
Still, you have to feel with the guy.
What reason can there be to delay a withdrawal without explanation?
In the past I had this with a different site. You get nervous if you don't get paid for no reason, even when you know you didn't do anything wrong. They have to power to pay you or not, there is nothing you can do.
It would be interesting to know which amount we are talking about here.
If it was a really high amount after some high casino win it would be kind of normal ( even though it doesn't make sense if the guy already passed KYC and had withdrawals in the past) to delay it, but if we are talking like 500$ I don't get it.
