truth be say you fit make money from anything wey dey this industry but the risk for some no worth am like chasing after all those shitcoins dem wey na mostly decentralized exchange dem dey trade. Make we dey careful and a safe option na just to stick with Bitcoin but dat one no mean say you no fit profits from altcoins.
Altcoins are good investment for gamblers. They are worth the risk because with $100, some altcoins can turn it to $1000 or $10000 or more, but likewise can be their fall. I see it as gambling and if altcoins give you high return, best to convert it to bitcoin after making enough profit from them because their fall will not be a surprise as many will even fall back to their prices after this next bitcoin pre-halving period after bullrun.
Out of 100% of money to be used for investment, I can invest like 30% on all altcoins but 70% on bitcoin. If bitcoin can get to ₦100 million ($1000000), that is enough for me. But I think bitcoin will increase above ₦100 million.

And to you Charles, thank you for that quote, that is a very "call to mind" comment, something every altcoin investor should always have in mind, I sure know how risky investing in altcoin is, in fact, I follow for people way see investing in altcoin as gambling, but i still dey refer to it as "investing" to at least add some
respckt to it.
Anyways, like i mentioned in the OP, i personally don know say altcoin no be the kind investment wey person fit hold for a very long time, the strategy i have learnt, (actually, a friend who already is a millionaire in crypto taught me this some few weeks back) which i want to put into practice is..
As bitcoin halving, which possibly could trigger a bull run ; is approaching, one should look for good altcoins with great potential to very well in the bull run, and buy them and hold, holding is simply to cash in on them during the bull run, not for anything else.
How una take see or reason this strategy?.
