I don't understand why you dropped you application here, as this thread is only for people who has little left to their next rank as stated by OP. You have only earned one merit with 28 activities, you still need two more activities to get to your next rank and six more merits before you can drop your application here.
Merit distribution rules:If you have the following amount of merit on the meter, then you can safely apply:
- 0
- 7 - 9
- 85 - 99
- 230 - 249
- 475 - 499
- 970 - 999
