They deserve bankruptcy! You don't go from "the seed phrase never leaves the device" to "oh yeah it's fine we'll keep your seed for you" without consequences.
They will eventually and basically Ledger company is a sinking ship and with their actions, I don't think they will ever gonna regain the lost trust. Their story of longevity just proves that they need financial sources to survive as long as they can since they are not making any profits.I think it is time for them to build something other than hardware wallets like USB Humping Dog
