I had to take a proper look at it once again, Teams knocked out of the Champions League will return to the Europa League Competition.
When that eventually happens, I do doubt the both of them would still be favorites to win the Europa League Competition.
All I want to see for Bayern Leverkusen is to see them qualifying for the Champions League football next season and not remaining in this Competition for next season.

Though, I'm so sure of Liverpool going top of them group. They will face Toulouse next up immediately after the international duties week. They will end up winning all three in this first half of the Champions League games.
Europa seems easier for Bayer Leverkusen as they keep good results in games, absolutely nothing to worry about. Facts, with the present performance of Bayer Leverkusen, they don't belong to Europa football, rather upgrade to the big boys competition, talking about the UEFA Champions League. That's certainly were they fought to be, because last season, they didn't meet up the expectations of the fans and high competition in Bundesliga. Perhaps this season, with consistent performance, they might make a difference wit outstanding results in league games. Bayer Leverkusen have improved in the past months and I must commend Xabi Alonso for the good job he's doing for the team.

Well said, I wanted that for Bayern Leverkusen and Xabi Alonso too. He's growing into a top manager so, we'll want to see how he adapts when he becomes the manager for a club that plays the Champions League football.
Xabi Alonso has worked with so many top managers and he has finally brought that experience into managing younger players and talented lads.
I would love to see him winning the Bundesliga League before leaving the German Bundesliga League.
Both Bayern Munich and Bayern Leverkusen plays tommorow we'll see who triumphs after heated mid week games.
