Yeah I agree with you Agbe on that fact that the reason for the none reply by the support may be because the agents are finding it difficult to understand what the guy mean and want to take time to respond to it even though the never get in touch with him to let him know how much time they going to take beforuthey reply to his tickets, but for as far as I know, the mate may have been one random users just going about testing casinos, but my worries is that, why was his account limited inn the other casinos even though the max amount he mention is not up to some casino max bet.
$200 max bet is relatively too low and may be the gambler may have committed some offences that warrant such limitations on his account.
