Wow, damn ! With 17 shots attempted and 77% ball possession, Leipzig could not score against a team currently in the relegation zone. This is a really bad day for Leipzig, and also on my betting agenda today. On paper, and also in terms of performance Leipzig is better, but why Bochum so difficult to beat today? Even, they didn't concede a single goal in this match.

Sometimes you can as good as possible and even then if you have no luck and the other team is also playing as best they can it happens.
Saddly that Leipzig has not won against Bochum as my bet also is ruined by that draw that they played today.

And don't forget: Leipzig missed 2 penalties. I was really annoyed about that. My bet today was only lost because of Leipzig but that's just football. In principle the game was one-sided and yet Leipzig couldn't score. They were just very unlucky.

Missing two penalties in the same match is a crime. Penalty opportunities don't always come and if they do in a match they have to make 100% use of that opportunity. Leipzig had two chances in this match but they failed to capitalize on either so was it their failure or incompetence. After missing 2 penalties in a row, the manager must give the players extra training on penalty shots. If Leipzig could have converted one of the two penalty shots, they would still have earned full points in the match. This is a big mistake of theirs, I don't know if they will get such an opportunity in the future. A win against VfL Bochum could have moved Leipzig to second place in the points table.
