Let us be realistic to ourselves, is good to extreme to wait for government to make provision of every in a country, sometimes when we graduate from higher colleges we expected government to create employment opportunities but in some points government keep adamant of making employment be visible and available to the mass,  on my instinct I said without government employment man can survive, I started a popcorn 🍿 business which I managed alone but right now have workers under me which I'm paying and now planning to establish another business.
Salute to you friend, you are not the type of person who just expects mercy from the government but you work hard to change your fate with your own hands.  It's not easy to start a business, let alone maintain it, but if we remain consistent and are willing to humble ourselves a little to serve customers well, then you can be sure that the business you are running will survive.  If more young people are willing to struggle to start a business then jobs will be created and we will at least help reduce the government's workload in solving unemployment.
That's what we should do, don't wait for others to provide opportunities for us, but we must be able to create opportunities ourselves, not only from the government but from anyone. If we wait and continue to wait (in this case, the government) to open opportunities for us, then when will we be able to progress? I don't think so. Moreover, the government also does not take care of us alone but millions of people they have to think about.
The government does have an obligation to provide opportunities, but if we can open our own opportunities, why wait for others to give them to us? So stand on your own feet.
