This is a good point but the problem is most bounties nowadays are not sincere and willing to pay. Articles and videos bounty campaign can actually earn you some reasonable amount since it has less participants with large allocation of bounty pool but again not everyone knows how to create a good video or write a perfect article that the manager will accept. I personally don't like engaging myself in it because the returns doesn't worth the stress and time that you will spend to the work.
You are right, there is some work to do in making videos, I have to try 2 to 3 times, but the easiest part is, the bounty detective team allows you to make videos in your local language and I almost wrote articles and videos for them only. And only joins those campaigns whose distribution is guaranteed by the managers or escrowed first so there remains no risk of not getting the funds.
But yeah, there is a doubt in the mind of whether your article or video will be accepted or not, because it all depends on managers, whether they accept it or not. Sometimes, I wrote articles that got rejected while sometimes they didn't.
Overall, a person is able to make $1000 out of bounties if he or she joins all of them because no one knows which will pay you or not, and sometimes we prefer not to join a bounty but later we regret that. But to be honest, I have left the bounty work for quite some time, actually, I think I was scammed so I dropped the idea.
