After waiting around 2 months without any updates, I contacted Hhampuz in this forum. He helped me a lot, he talked with his guys at duelbits and came to the conclusion that they can retrieve the funds at some point in the future so they have credited me with the lost amount. I received it today and I withdrew it successfully, and they don't charge me any fees. Below is the proof they credited the lost amount which is $2418.9 to my duelbits account.

Through my case, I knew that I made a right choice when I chose duelbits to gamble. IMO, duelbits is really one of the best gambling sites. They might be late to response some customer problems, but they will really do it at some point. I know that the support agents don't have much power to process my case, they just can forward the request for other teams to decide. In my opinion, they did what the best they can do. In order to speed up similar cases like me, the right move is to contact the right person (duelbits representative). In my case, Hhampuz helped me a lot. After receiving the lost amount, I told him give me his coin address so that I can send him an amount equivalent to 10% of the lost amount, I really want to do that to thank him. But he denied and told me that I don't owe him anything. Such a good marketing campaign manager.
