Sorry but do we have a new rules for freebets?
I expected to get $100 + $30 from league cup in one transaction, not in the chunks I got ($20, $20, $20, $20, $20, $10, $10, $10) and I can't accumulate these freebets, so I'll have to play 8 tickets to use them up in the next three days. Wow.
Except I got it incorrect, but if I can't use my freebets the way I want as long as I'm playing a market of 1.50 or higher, it's not worth it. The duration of use is also lethal - freebets are often valid for 7 days. I will happily accept $5 BTC as prize instead of $100 freebet I can't use. For real.
That's how Management chose to pay them out.
Therefore, there will be no substituting/exchanging/converting of the Free Bets.
Most Free Bets must be settled in 3-4 days so luckily you have more time to use yours.
