These 100 millions aren't the number that Napoli president have in his mind. The guy is willing to hear something above 200 millions. So even if Arsenal give him a player or two, they will be lucky if they hear him say yes for these 100 millions.
I find this absolutely ridiculous and very hyped as a price. Osimhen is a good player but he isn't Mbappe nor Haaland and couldn't be more expensive than them together.

The market value of Gabriel Jesus is about 75 millions. It is still less than 200 million if the Arsenal offer is 100 million + Gabriel Jesus.
Agree, Osimhen price seems too much if it is above 200 millions. Alhough Osimhen is the mainstay player of Napoli and has a big role to win the title last season, but it is still not proven that his level is the same as Mbappe and Haaland. Napoli expects too much to take advantage from the hype of Osimhen in the last season. I doubt there will be a club that want to pay Osimhen for 200 millions more.
