Technically, what can happen is that deleting posts could lead the account to drop down a Rank (or a few), like the cases I’ve got inventoried here, but anyone is entitled to ament their posting history if they wish to. I recall people who started off as bounty hunters, and then went off it, consider whether they should delete their bounty reports. Some likely did, most probably let it be. Either way, it shouldn’t really matter that much unless someone is trying to cover something and the deletion leads to bringing something to the spotlight.
