True true for this country we dy go back because we we know people we dy capable to do most of the jobs for we country, but base on say him no from my place, we no go give am the job, we go come give less qualify person we go do nonsense wrk, or person wey no know anything about the job base on say na ur brother.

Make we take our presidency as example now, during election time in 2015, we know say buhari na less qualify candidate, but because we dy do brother brother, we vote am in, him come later dy show us shege.
Early this year, we know say jagabam na less qualify candidate due to health reason and intellectual capacity, but because of tribalism, na south South turn, we still put am for power, now him dy show us snr level of shege.
All this na north turn, na South turn, e don tire me, we sopos dy more concern about who go fit do the work well, no be brother brother tins.
After all this man no man tins, wen tins do go ugly, we go start to dy cry as if to say we do the right thing we go cry.
My country people how ona see this wahala we dy inside so?
The thing is that our country was not built on true federalism, where people will want to stand for the country where there is no tribalism, where there is no ethnicity, where there is no biasness. the state of America gives their citizens that orientation about the fact that as an American citizen, your an American anywhere you find yourself wether it is Colorado, wether is Alaska, wether is las Vegas just name it, an American citizen identifies himself from anywhere as America.
but for Nigeria the case is different, because we don't have that sense of nationhood. it is not imbibe in us, we can only have that kind of system if you have true federalism where will begin to remove state of origin, local government of origin. you can mostly have place of birth, place of residence state of residence and these are some of the things you need to build a true federal state.
