I am the only that gets paid in bitcoin, but everybody else gets paid in different way rather than a ubiquitous payment method for every employee. They have a lot of employees from underdeveloped nations, so you have to be open to options.
It's a great option if you accept payments in bitcoin.
You already have bitcoin as a long-term investment and you can also sell bitcoin for fiat so you can buy daily necessities.
If other workers can see what you are doing and think that bitcoin is a good investment, someone may follow you and accept payment in the form of bitcoin.
But this should not be forced because it is the choice of each worker.
Well, at least you already have bitcoin from your job and can meet your living needs.
