Here are my comments about the child boards:

Mining - keep it as it is. Mining in India is almost non-existant but no need to retire the board right away. Things may change in future, fingers crossed.
Marketplace - Not really functional, more like a "service discussion" section. More Thoughts?
Regional Languages - Previously the dumping place for Translated threads to get bounty payments by translators. I mean no offense, section can be improved a lot if specific language users can start using their language.
Press and News - dead since almost a year now.
Altcoins - Not getting any idea what to do with it. (Get Idea?)
Buyer/Seller Rep - Maybe the global Reputation section is better than this?
Offtopic - spam, but need a section to keep the weirdos in place, right?
