I don't see you giving reasons why Bayern Munich is better than Barcelona, but I agree Bayern Munich is much better than PSG who have only won 1 of 2 games. Barcelona also won 2 games, they did it without conceding a single goal, but it would be good if you found a reason why Barcelona was worse.
Barcelona leads the Group H standings without any mistakes so far. They are favorites to progress to the last 16 and I am completely confident about that. Bayern Munich are also favorites to qualify for the last 16, but I'm not sure they are better Bayern than Barcelona because the two have not met so far. Barcelona and Bayern Munich are in a relatively easy group, so both are favorites in my opinion compared to PSG.

The domination from bayern over barcelona is obviously true. UCL head to head statistic has become the main proof why barcelona was not as good as bayern. The gap is quite big between these clubs.
Bayern has always been dominating the match against barcelona. No doubt if people will always be calling bayern was even better compared with barcelona caused by the statistic had been also explaining it properly.
Blaugrana was always losing against bayern with huge scores. It's a sense statement to call that if barcelona was bad when it's compared with bayern.
