There's a problem with that. If someone deposits with low fee and lost bet before confirmation, they can cancel the tx. Well, we have solution for that too though. We have to filter out tx with RBF. Maybe once you feel confident about the player then you can activate it.
So, when a new player is registering, don't let him have the feature but at time when the player is regular, playing with you for months, maybe then you can allow him to use his deposits even when it's not confirmed.
