Well, it is easier to rely on reviews and opinion from people here, since we have a pretty established reputation system, which helps to consider or completely rule out opinions. Even though nowadays it is almost impossible to trust classic review sites, I believe there are chances for those platforms to redeem themselves by enforcing some kind of policy and system similar to what we got here in Bitcointalk.
It could be something like a required linking between one's personal social media or even BTT account, so those with a reputation get more attention or are highlighted, while newbie accounts or bots do not get as much weight on reviews, as the former ones.
