have so many friends that known to be superstition about cockfighting , they even believe that God provide them Luck if they follow the traditions .
These cockfighting superstitions are fallacy. There are no proven statistics that prove that these superstitions really work. Even my relative who used to raise fighting fowl has his own superstition but in the end stopped because most of his fowl lost.
A few days ago I saw a report about a trip to Madagascar. And there was a story about cockfighting and how some residents of this country, Madagascans, raise roosters for cockfighting. They really have many secrets and superstitions in such work. And this is exactly work, because by local standards a good fighting cock is expensive. And they sell such roosters.
And I thought that this tradition of cockfighting would continue to exist for many, many years in certain regions of the globe simply because it is a business for local residents and it would still not be possible for the government to simply ban such cruel entertainment. So now I’m almost sure that cockfighting as a tradition will apparently last for another 100 years, and even much more, despite all the protests of animal rights activists.
