If I'm not mistaken, freebitcoin sends an email to the winner every time. So, if you win a Lambo, you will definitely know about it even without checking your account balance.
The winner hasn't been determined yet. Even the tickets list has not been published on their twitter yet.
To know the userID of the winner, we should wait for the the tickets list to be published and 12 bitcoin blocks are mined after that.
