Conte is most likely to get a job soon considering his records he has achieved so far before now, he stands to be a better replacement for Gracia but I think bringing him in in the middle of the season wouldn't be a perfect idea although it's possible he could give out good performance but the players may have it a bit hard trying to cope with the new strategy he will be introducing and to them and his coaching style so it will be better if Gracia is fired by the end of the season.
