Though Rudi Garcia has been unable to replicate the same feat his predecessor achieved last season, I think it'll be too early to show him the exit door from the being Napoli's manager. The French professional football manager took over the managerial role at Napoli after the club's former manager Luciano Spalletti left the club few days after winning the Italian Serie A title for the club. Rudi Garcia I think isn't a terrible manager and deserves to be given more time at the club to prove himself.
The new season is just past three months and there's every possiblity that Garcia's Napoli might come back to winning ways again.
Well everyone has there opinion but if I were Rudi Garcia I would resign before it gets to the point of the board offering me a sack letter, cause even if the board pardon him, some of the players are going to get him sacked, especially the top players of the club that's not in a good relationship with the coach, it obvious that he can't control them in the dressing and when there's a disconnection between a coach and most of the star players in the team, it would affect the whole team's performance cause they'll won't obey the coaches instructions on the pitch.
Well there's talk over potential replacement for his role and if the talks are true it could mean that Rudi Garcia's time at the club is soon coming to an end and the board are becoming impatient about his poor performance and inconsistentcy and could not allow him continue his managerial role till the end of this season.
