Girona may have started magnificently, but how they will play in the rest is a matter of curiosity. To be honest, my guess right now is that there will be a rivalry between Atletico, Real Madrid and Barça. I believe that the championship will belong to one of these three teams. It's almost guaranteed to be a difficult season.
They are a surprise but consistency is a very big problem and will definitely be difficult for Girona to overcome even though they are still playing very well but I am not sure this will last until the end.
As for the title race, Atletico this season can still compete unlike the previous season, but on the other hand, the priority will not be different from before where Madrid and Barcelona are the strongest candidates.
I was never expecting to see Girona at this level and race with Real Madrid and Barcelona, still, I'm staying to find the reason for this good performance from Girona. As far as I know, La Liga they could never be on top of the table and I think time after time they will lose their place.
The next game for Girona in La Liga is against Almeria which is a good opportunity to take more risks and even bet on Almeria for more rewards they can give because Almeria is not a weak team too.
