Could you tell us on which kind of games you were gambling? On overall you were in profit or in loss?
You said your account is restricted from betting, do you mean you were mostly betting on sports? It's sad but some casinos/sportsbooks lock sportsbetting accounts when they start to win too much and request an endless KYC in order to send the funds, because they don't want the customer to constantly win their money. I don't know if it's the case here, but only (real) decentralized or parimutuel sportsbooks, betting exchanges and few specialized sportsbooks are fair and safe on this matter unfortunately. I hope you'll manage to get your funds though.
