No, I did not hit the maximum. I confirmed it already so others can be relieved. I guess Panjul did not hit maximum as well because he said I would be able to chase his multiplier. So, I guess it's not maximum.
I had tried to chase 500x but failed. When I stopped, after 3 more round, it hit 1000x 
How painful it is lol.
