You haven't shared a lot of information here. You got a free VIP pass when we had a VIP transfer program but within all these days, you haven't made enough deposit to consider you a VIP. You have only focused on bonus hunting. That's why your VIP has been downgraded, the bonuses have been reset and disabled according to rules 7.6 and 9.2 & we won't change that decision.

I disagree, because saying that someone is a bonus hunter is very subjective, that is, the site judges how it wants.

If they want to stop people from winning and withdrawing what they win from sweepstakes, bonuses, that sort of thing. You need to be clearer with the rules.
