Dortmund would had been very tough to play against if they still had Halaand, Sancho and most especially Jude Bellingham currently in the team, they would had cause havoc for Bayern and probably stop their dominance in the Bundesliga but instead of keeping their players so as to be strong enough to win title they rather choose to enjoy the financial benefits that comes from selling them for a huge offer.
Well they're still a tough side and one of the top league contenders but I don't think they're very strong enough to challenge Bayern Munich or even Leipzig this season, and apart from the Bundesliga which they're doing alright their performance in the Premier league is very poor and don't even think they'll be able to qualify for the next round.
Dortmund is unable to retain their star players every season because they immediately sell their best players to get big profits. The business carried out by Dortmund in every transfer season is none other than selling their best players to other teams, as happened with Jude Bellingham last season.
Well, if only Dortmund didn't sell a lot of their star players, Dortmund would definitely be quite strong every season.
But I am amazed by Dortmund where they continue to release the best players in every transfer window but their performance is still quite good in the Bundesliga because they always close the season in the top 4.
