I see that Nasser Al-Khelaifi ambition is too big to win the UCL title. on the one hand, he does not see that PSG mentality is really not ready and its still too early to win the title and because of this ambition, Nasser Al-Khelaifi always changes coaches when he fails to get the title in UCL and that is the error that occurs. PSG officials should start by getting their team used to continuing to compete consistently in the UCL, continuing to improve their performance and if they fail, dont fire the coach, but hold a meeting to see where the mistake is and fix it and I am sure the coach will have a strategy or method that can bring PSG to the top increased even more at UCL.
as we can see when PSG fails they always change coaches and even though this will be done continuously and get overall star players they will not be able to win the title there until PSG learns to be consistent. so I dont blame anyone for reducing the ambitions of PSG officials.

Nasser Al-Khelaifi is over-ambitious. Money and quality players can not win the UEFA Champions League, he should understand that. He needs to be patient with both the players and the coach. It took Pep Guardiola many seasons to win the UCL. If was sacked before time, the dream of the club to win this trophy wouldn't have come to pass. PSG is not doing badly, at least they have been dominating the French League since the Qatarian took over the ownership of the club. They have also made it to the Champions League finals, which is a commendable feat. If the club management had been patient with Thomas Tuchel, he would have lifted the trophy in PSG because he was building a powerful team. He was sacked and moved to Chelsea where he achieved what PSG is craving. I know that football is for business and glory but Nasser Al-Khelaifi should mix it with fun.

Ambitious is something that can be good, it's just that it must be accompanied by staff, coaching management and players as its components go well. but that's not the case for PSG, which sometimes only forces to do some things that are just like changing players every year with the money they have but not proportional to the achievements they get, which indicates that their system still has missing components and should be if you look at it quite consciously, especially with the money and players they have, of course this is not a problem there but in other elements that cannot utilize the resources of money and players properly.
