Once again Bayern Munich is trying to hire another palyer from Dortmund and that's what they usually do when they need players. Dortmund and Bayern Munich are the main competitors in the Bundesliga but still, there are many players they left Dortmund for Bayern Munich so far. Since Bayern Munich needs a goalkeeper they want to hire Gregor Kobel from Dortmund, however, this player extended his contract recently until 2028 and this can't be easy for Bayern Munich to hire Gregor Kobel.
Another day and another effort to hijack important player from its competitor. I do understand if bayern is in the crisis of good goal keeper this team and that's the reason why bayern was targeting kobel as a new goal keeper. The performance from the current goal keeper was not feeling satisfied.
Bayern has targeted kepa to be a new goal keeper but it's failed since kepa was going to the real madrid and it's likely he will stay even longer in real madrid to be a successor for thibaut that may leave from the club in upcoming year.
Bayern needs to wait till the winter season to see him able to join in the club. Im not yet checking what's his answer regarding the news of him being linked to the bayern.
