Man City, Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool are the four clubs that have a better chance at the moment, the four clubs can be comfortably in the UCL zone without facing competition from the other two elite clubs Chelsea and Manchester United. I think the second half of the season the competition will be tougher than now, Chelsea and United will definitely try as much as possible to improve their performance so they can finish where they should be, namely the European Champions League zone.
They currently have very good positions and forms but they have very good player resources. With deep player resources, they will be able to maintain their performances better than clubs with small resources like Brighton.
I see Brighton have impressive performance so far but very doubtful that they will maintain their position in top of Premier League. There are Newcastle United and Manchester United can drag Brighton down to lower position. Only Chelsea with their big crisis will likely not be able to come back to the top of league in this season but Brighton will have to even be careful with Chelsea.
The progress achieved by Tottenham has indeed impressed everyone, many previously assumed that Tottenham would experience a downturn after releasing their captain Harry Kane to Bayern Munchen. Ange Postecoglou was able to create an atmosphere and stability within his squad, even though in terms of depth Liverpool squad was better and more promising. Tottenham should be well watched by the current EPL title challengers.
Tottenham are making big shock to everyone because they lost Harry Kane and almost immediately have their best performances after many seasons. It is not expected when the season began but now here they are with a chance to compete for Premier League title.
