Bayern Munich and Galatasaray are gonna progress at the expense of Man United and Copenhagen.
Mere looking at group A UCL, it's simple to draw out the maps of teams that would make it out and the ones that will be pushed to Europa League, but the system doesn't work like that because we have alot to learn. Bayern Munich ranked first, followed by Galatasaray that are sitting second on the table, the other two teams would struggle in the second legs because they have priorities to reach this season. My major pressing concerns is on Manchester United because they're weigh below the standards of competitive matches, total reluctance and fatigue hits the players, perhaps there's still hope for the Red Devils.
4 matches is enough to change everything, so I agree that there is still hope for Manchester United to qualify from the group stage even though they have not been able to collect any points from the 2 matches they have completed.
But it is not that easy to do so, because Galatasaray who in the first match defeated Manchester United will be as much as possible to maintain its position in the standings in order to qualify from the group phase. Mamchester United will have to change a lot of things from their game if they want to qualify.
