Arsenal have won Manchester City in their last EPL game and would be looking to have another win against Chelsea in a derby match after the international break, the thing is that Arsenal are the most favourites to win the game based on their current performance however it's a derby game and winning against Chelsea won't come very easy cause the team have began to improve better than they used to play when the league began.

 Well I also think that there's a possibility for both teams to draw the game, Chelsea might not be at the top of the league currently like Arsenal but they're not to be underestimated, after their performance against Burnley I think they've progressed in their form and might give Arsenal a tough challenge.
