I agree with you that he as the owner of PSG only understands how to spend money in the transfer market without ever letting his club be built very well by every manager he has ever appointed to handle the club.
He should learn from Manchester City and Chelsea, where these two clubs need time so that they can finally turn into a club that has performed well in the Champions League.
The change of manager that he always makes every time the club gets bad results will only bring PSG back to the beginning because the new coach will implement new things too.
Money can turn PSG into a rich club but it won't turn it into a great club without the right management and even this season it will look even more difficult for them not only to win the Champions League but also the Ligue 1 title.
That is the weakness of PSG having a lot of money or being one of the very rich clubs but not knowing how to bring this club to get more trophies in other big competitions whereas if we look at the previous PSG does not lack anything in terms of players and the coach is very strong. but as some people say, money can change everything or change it for the worse.
I really agree with anyone who says PSG should learn from clubs from other leagues such as Manchester City who have been patient in improving their performance every season and that learning starts from consistently being the leader in that league so that if they can master the domestic league for a few months maybe the coach can try to appear strong in the champions league and don't always have to change players and coaches.
