Yeah there wont be anything that sort this week if dota2 get included in the question but check the playoff and final dates for that, its on the last week of October so that means it probably gets included in the 2nd round of 3rd season if cro2 team decided to put in another dota2 related question

Anyway upper and lower bracket system is pretty interesting once you are familiar with it. Basically it gives advantage to the team that perform their best on group stages because some teams loves to keep some of their strategy on group stages

Yes, I got familiar with upper and lower bracket system because of the BSFL competition. It's a good system but I'm not that used to it in "normal" sports so it took me a while to understand it. I didn't refer to that as a complication, but on the thing that arallmuus wrote about none of the teams getting eliminated. I don't know, I just hope there won't be more than one DOTA question so it's not a big problem to lose that point.
