No matter the weak display of PSG they are still the favorite to win the Ligue 1 title. Monaco and Nice are inconsistent to be projected as potential winners. The season is still fresh to decide who will emerge the champions but it will be good to have another winner after many years of PSG's dominance.
Of course the world of football will not be interesting if only one winner dominates, the match will be even more interesting if every season another club is able to win the title and the match will be competitive and exciting and it will be difficult for us to predict who will be the winner.
However, it looks like PSG still has a chance to win the title in League 1 because currently they are only 2 points behind Nice and Monaco so it won't be difficult for PSG to catch these points.
However, I also want to see Nice win the title this season because so far Nice has appeared impressive and has not lost in 8 matches, so I am quite optimis that Nice will be able to win the title this season if they are able to be consistent in facing many matches in League 1 this season.
