There's more players interested in EPL title this season. We know the essential teams that would make it up for top four, the ones that would settle for other positions and the worst ones that would become relegated from the league due to the act of incapable strength to match up. Arsenal failed last season, they really got motivated by their extreme results by ending second and qualifying for UEFA Champions League. The gunners have keep up with the outstanding performance this new season, alot of mistakes will go on if what happen last time repeat itself, simply referring to injuries that affected them during the end period of EPL.
This season Arteta has the opportunity to stop Manchester City's title dominance, as well as what Liverpool and Tottenham can do. I know Arteta is very hungry and ready to conquer tough challenges this season, but the defending champions should not be underestimated.
Manchester City experienced a slight change in their form of play which caused them to lose 6 points in 2 consecutive matches. But that is not the reason why Manchester City will completely fail if Pep Guardiola and his team recover and improve their performance. Manchester City have proven that even though they haven't led the standings for longer.
If Arsenal and Arteta happen to have the opportunity they had last season by occupying the top of the table for more than half of the season, I am very sure that the title will not elude them again. Arsenal must have learnt from their mistakes. It is not just Arsenal, but Arteta himself. Arteta made a very big mistake last season by relying on only few people and over used them for the season m that actually made the players like Saka and Marteneli and towards the end of the season they had fatigue and could not fight till the end
This season, Arsenal has a good squad depth. I didn't confirm this until Arsenal was able to beat Manchester city without the involvement of Saka. This is a clear indication that Arsenal is ready for this season.
Mistakes must have been learnt but not completely. Arsenal is still yet to sign a perfect replacement for Saka just incase Saka gets Injured for a long time.
Neto the Portuguese winger has been linked to gunners, I do hope he gets signed up.
Mikel Arteta had a good squad last season, he wasn't having enough depth and replacements for important players.
Against Manchester City, they played well and Mikel Arteta did his part well also. He brought in the perfect players to win him the game and also to hold down the game for him.
